This notice relates to the protection of personal data which Generali Osiguranje Srbija a.d.o. receives via its website/mobile application.

By filling out the contact page questionnaire, i.e. filling out a questionnaire on a mobile application, you provide us with your personal data and the consent to process, use and store them in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, and this notice. You can revoke the given consent by calling our Contact center which will further inform you of the procedure for revoking the consent in case of unlawful processing of data, i.e. use contrary to the intended purpose, and of the procedure regarding the right to information, access to data and a copy thereof.

• Citizenship (only for taking travel insurance via mobile application).

We treat all personal data as confidential. We store them permanently, until possible recall.

Generali Osiguranje Srbija a.d.o. also collects anonymous demographic data (age, gender, tendencies, interests) and data about the hard disk or software of your computer (IP address, browser, domain, time of access and visited websites, phone’s IMEI number).

We collect data solely for safer identification and for handling the client’s request, but for other purposes as well. The said data are a minimum of required information. We also use them to inform our clients about our products and services, to maintain their quality and obtain statistical data on the use of the website/mobile application. We also use personal data to carry out research on the clients’ opinions about our current and potential services and products.
