He was born on 19^th November 1968 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.

He started his career in 1994 working for the company Delta Holding, where he led multiple profit centres: Delta DMD, Delta Automoto, Delta Hemija. From 2002 to 2010 he was the CEO of the company Delta Maxi, a retail chain of Delta Holding. In this period Delta Maxi was growing rapidly, and it became first the national, then also the regional leader in retail sale, and it expanded from the Serbian market to Bulgaria. Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2011 he became the Deputy CEO of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, a member of the Executive Board and Director of the Non-Life Insurance and Product Development Sales Force. He has been a member of Generali Osiguranje Srbija since 2012, having the same competences. He is a member of the Board of Directors and executive Director of Društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim penzijskim fondom Generali. In January 2016 he was appointed CEO of Generali Osiguranje Srbija and President of the Executive Board.

He won the Manager of the Year award for business and creativity, awarded by the Club of Business Journalists (Belgrade, 2003), the International Quality Award (Geneva, 2008), the Planet Business Award for Best Manager in Serbia in 2019 by the economy magazine Magazin Biznis for successful company management and contribution to the development of the insurance industry in Serbia (Belgrade, 2020) and the Manager of the Year award for exceptional business results and visionary approach to business, awarded by the Serbian Association of Managers (Belgrade, 2021).

Born February 3, 1976 in Vukovar. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 2000. She started her career in a successful Swedish company Husqvarna, gaining practical skills and experience in the field of finance, reporting and business planning.

She started her career at Generali Osiguranje Srbija in 2007 at the Controlling Sector, as a financial analyst. Shortly thereafter she became a cost controlling manager. She was involved in introduction of a modern cost tracking system and improvement of the overall reporting system of the company. In November 2008 she became Planning, Analysis and Controlling Sector Manager, later the Head of Controlling, Reporting and Accounting Department. With her team, she constantly develops and improves the reporting for the Generali Group and the entire reporting in accordance with IFRS/IAS, and creates an efficient system to meet both the needs of the Group and the local statutory requirements.  She also simultaneously coordinates the establishment of the Solvency II reporting system. Since 2013 she has also been responsible for the sales administration which provides full assistance to the sales departments: managing records, contracts with all external distribution channels, production control and commission accounting for all lines of business.    

From the very beginning she has been involved in the business operations of all the Generali subsidiaries in Serbia and Montenegro. Since 2011 she became a member of the Board of Directors of Generali Reosiguranje Srbija a.d.o., Board of Directors of Generali Osiguranje Montenegro a.d. Podgorica, Investment Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija a.d.o., Investment Board of the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, Board of Directors of the “Jedro” Health Center and Supervisory Board of the Blutek Auto d.o.o.

Since May 2012 she has been a member of the Executive Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija and the CFO. She is also directly in charge of the Finance and Controlling Department. She is still a member of the Board of Directors of Generali Osiguranje Montenegro.

Since August 2018, Gorana is also in charge of IT, processes and actuarial activities.

She is the Company’s representative for the ASI (Association of Serbian Insurers) and for the FIC Taxation Committee.

Born December 7, 1978 in Belgrade. She Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.

She started her career in 2001 at the Foreign Exchange Reserves Division of the National Bank of Serbia, where she soon became the youngest chief dealer / portfolio manager in the history of NBS. She was in charge of managing securities portfolio, the securities which constitute the majority of the National Bank of Serbia’s foreign exchange reserves.

In August 2005 she became the Asset and Liquidity Sector manager at Piraeus Banka a.d. Beograd, where she worked on the establishment and organization of the Asset and Liquidity Management Sector.

She joined Generali in September 2006 as the first portfolio manager of the first voluntary pension fund in Serbia.

From 2007 to 2016 she managed the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company as the Board of Directors chairperson and the Executive Director. Since 2011 she has been in charge of asset/capital management of all the companies within Generali Osiguranje Srbija (insurance, reinsurance) and Generali Osiguranje Montenegro.

Since 2012, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, and since 2016, a member of the Executive Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija in charge of asset management and financial transactions. She coordinates the operations and is in charge of Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, Belgrade. She is the President of the Company’s voluntary pension funds management organization.

Since 2017 she has also been in charge of and directly coordinates the operations of the Life Insurance and Bancassurance Department.

In 2005 she was awarded the world’s most relevant license in investment decision-making: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the American-based CFA Institute, and the first portfolio manager license issued by the Securities Commission.  

At the same time she served as teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and lecturer at the specialized CFA exam preparatory courses.  

In charge of claims, Technical Department and fraud and loss prevention

Born September 6, 1964 in Odžaci. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad in 1991.

Before joining Generali Osiguranje Srbija he worked at the Hipol chemical industry for 10 years, where he was a member of the Executive Board in charge of maintenance.

He started his career at Generali Osiguranje Srbija in 2001 as an industrial plants and equipment specialist. He soon became Head of the Risk Management Sector at the Property Insurance Department. Due to his continuous improvement of the claims and loss prevention processes, in 2005 he became the Head of Non-Life Loss Prevention and Claims Department.

In 2009 he became associate member of the Executive Board in charge of claims and loss prevention.

In March 2014 he went to Romania and became member of the Executive Board in charge of claims, loss prevention, legal affairs and insurance fraud prevention at Generali Romania Asigurare Reasigurare S.A.

In July 2016 he returned to Serbia as member of the Executive Board in charge of claims, fraud and loss prevention, and he currently holds the Chief Insurance Officer (CInsO) position, since January 2017. He is also in charge of the Technical Department. As of August 2018 his responsibilities additionally include logistics and procurement. 

He is married and a father of two.

Maša was born in Belgrade on 11 May 1984. She graduated in management from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University of Belgrade, in 2007. She started her career in Generali Osiguranje Srbija’s HR & Strategy Department in 2008, focusing on recruitment, selection and competence development. In 2014-2015, under the Leave Your Mark programme, she went to Milan to join a team of Generali Group’s 50 talents from across the world in charge of developing the Group’s strategy for 2015-2018. She simultaneously worked for the Leadership Development & Group Academy team, also in Milan, where she took part in creating the Group’s talent development strategy and mentoring programme. In early 2016, she was promoted to the position of the Head of the HR & Strategy Department in Generali Osiguranje Srbija, and she has been leading company transformation as a Chief HR & Strategy Officer and member of the Executive Board since 2021.  

In addition to the standard HR processes (operation, training and development, Comp&Ben, organisation), Maša focuses on the development of the company’s business strategy in Serbia, digital and business transformation and strategic initiatives such as success factors, engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, smart working and hybrid working, employee wellbeing initiatives, strong and clear company culture, strategic workforce planning.

Maša is proud of the numerous awards that she and her team have received, including the Family Friendly Enterprise certificate (2018), for the first time awarded to a financial organisation in Serbia, Talent Management Award (2019) given by Santon Chase Belgrade, Best HR Team Award, Best Talent Management Strategy Award, Best Employee Development Strategy awarded (2019) by the Resource Group and the Serbian Human Resource Management Institute, Gender Equality Award (2020) by the Serbian Association of Businesswomen, and the awards for the best talent development company, the best non-academic educator and the best talent initiative (2021) by the AFA Talent Development Forum.

Having been a professional volleyball player and a team captain, Maša has transferred her leadership skills to her work. Commitment, loyalty and enthusiasm are the qualities that guide her through challenges and help her grow. With her passion for the job, teamwork, success and Generali brand, she inspires and motivates people around her to achieve the best results. In addition to her career and recreational sports activities, Maša is a fulfilled wife and mother.

He was born on 25 June 1972 in Mexico. As a child of a TANJUG correspondent, he spent his childhood in Mexico City, Madrid and Washington, learning about different languages and cultures. He graduated from the Law School, University of Belgrade, in 1995, and passed the bar exam in 2000. His constant desire to improve has led to numerous diplomas and certificates, such as the Swiss IUKB MBA, the DPO and Compliance certificates of the Bocconi University in Milan and the Certificate for Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS).

He started his career in 1995 at the legal department of the National Bank of Serbia. Having gained rich experience, he left the NBS in 2010 as head of the legal department. After that, he led the legal department of Vojvodjanska banka for two years and went on to become the head of the Legal Affairs Directorate at Generali Osiguranje Srbija in 2012. As a legal expert, specialist in consumer protection and the operations of central banks and other financial institutions, he was involved in the projects of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Because of his long-standing focus on customer needs, first through complaint resolution and then by spreading the vision of Generali Group's strategy for meeting the customers’ needs and becoming their lifetime partner, he was assigned responsibilities for marketing and customer relations and became an associate member of the Executive Board in charge of these and legal issues in 2021.

In his current duties and responsibilities, Dušan combines his legal expertise with a desire to make the law more client-friendly. His aspiration and commitment to simplify insurance products and terms and conditions as well as communication with clients and convince them that Generali should be their first choice is best illustrated by his motto “Our boss is not the company, but the client”. His goal is not just to have a satisfied but a loyal customer, a customer who always opts for Generali.

He spends his leisure time doing his favourite hobbies: cooking, photography and running. He has many marathon medals behind him, and a desire to keep winning ahead of him. He is a proud father of three children and a husband.
